Job Description Job Description Personal Injury Pre-Lit Paralegal: Dayton, Ohio Law Firm seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented pre-litigation paralegal to join our fast growing practice. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the pre-litigation process and will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload throughout the pre-lit process Request, obtain, and review medical records and bills Communication with clients on a regular basis Prepare and organize demand packages Check account balances with medical providers Communicate with insurance adjustors Provide support to attorneys in negotiation process Perform other duties as assigned by the attorney and office administrator We provide competitive compensation, quarterly bonuses, weekly cash and time prizes, health insurance reimbursement program, and many other office perks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
