Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Previous call center experience required Experience scheduling patients for medical appointments required Intermediate or higher English proficiency required Experience with eClinicalWorks preferred Experience using other Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems preferred Fluent Spanish and/or Marshallese language skills strongly preferred

Job Duties Answer incoming calls in a fast-paced call center environment Schedule and reschedule patient appointments using the eClinicalWorks EHR system Route calls to the appropriate departments and providers Provide professional customer service to patients and callers Accurately enter and update patient information

Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners. Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
