$20,000 Commitment Bonus for experienced Registered Nurses Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with a minimum of six on-call shifts per month, including one full weekend (Friday-Sunday). More About Our Team Our Surgery/OR team is committed to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. We are a community-focused rural facility featuring six main operating rooms and one dedicated OB surgical suite. Our surgical services include general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, and other specialties. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced OR nurse to join our surgical team. Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire ACLS is required within 90 days of hire Associate's degree in nursing is required (Bachelor's degree is preferred) 1-2 years of Operating Room RN experience is required.
