Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads through telemarketing and targeted email campaigns

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-up email sequences to build and maintain a healthy pipeline

• Schedule and attend in-person meetings with clients and prospects to represent Trinite and advance relationships

• Travel as needed to meet prospects, attend industry events, and support client visits

• Partner with the business development and marketing teams on outreach campaigns and lead-generation initiatives

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospect and client interactions in the CRM

• Follow up promptly on inbound inquiries and referrals to convert interest into qualified opportunities

• Represent Trinite Consulting professionally in every external interaction, written and in person

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field — recent graduates are welcome to apply

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport quickly

• A genuine flair and enthusiasm for marketing and business development

• An outgoing, extroverted personality that's comfortable initiating conversations with strangers

• Willingness to do telemarketing and sustained email outreach

• Willingness to meet clients and prospects face-to-face, and to travel as required

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree preferred
