Caregiver / Personal Care Attendant

Location: McKinney, TX
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 27 hours per week
Start Date: Immediate opening

Harmony At Home Senior Care is currently hiring a dependable and compassionate caregiver for a client in McKinney, Texas .

This is a consistent, recurring assignment for a caregiver who is available Monday through Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM .

Looking for more hours? Additional schedules and hours are available with other clients upon request. Caregivers interested in working additional days or building a fuller weekly schedule can speak with our Scheduling Team about other available client assignments.

Schedule and Pay

• Monday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Tuesday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Wednesday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Approximately 27 hours per week

• $15.00 per hour

• McKinney, TX

Additional client schedules and hours are available upon request. Additional assignments may have different locations, schedules, care needs, and rates of pay. Availability is based on current client needs and caregiver qualifications.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Responsibilities will be based on the client's established care plan and may include:

• Assistance with activities of daily living

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance

• Mobility and transfer assistance

• Meal preparation

• Medication reminders

• Companionship and supervision

• Light housekeeping related to client care

• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment

• Completing required shift documentation

• Reporting changes or concerns to the office

Qualifications

Applicants should:

• Be consistently available Monday–Wednesday from 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Be dependable and able to arrive at scheduled shifts on time

• Have reliable personal transportation

• Have a valid driver's license

• Be comfortable providing care in a client's home

• Demonstrate professional and compassionate communication

• Be able to follow an established care plan and company policies

• Be able to complete all required onboarding and training

Previous professional caregiving, home care, personal care, CNA, HHA, PCA, assisted living, memory care, or senior care experience is preferred. Applicants with relevant personal caregiving experience may also be considered.
