About the Role:

As a Personal Care Aide (PCA), you'll work closely with our clients and their families to provide personalized care and support. This may include:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Assisting with medication management and other health-related needs

• Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment

• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care delivery

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients in their homes

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

• Document care activities and communicate effectively with the care team

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in healthcare or a related field preferred

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care

• Valid driver's license (if applicable)
