Customer Service RepresentativeThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service for all inbound calls. The representative will address all customer, prospect, vendors, business acquaintances and general public questions and concerns. This role is one of solving problems for others quickly, effectively and pleasantly. Year round employment. Competitive Pay, and Benefits starting at $20.00 per hour, or more depending on experience. Monday- Friday some Saturdays in the Spring. Looking for an experienced professional only.Provide top notch customer service to potential or existing customersAddress and resolve all customer questions and complaints within a timely mannerWork closely with the sales and service departments to ensure that customer inquiries are directed to the appropriate department and personnelAnswer allotted calls in a high volume, fast paced environmentPerform A/R duties as requiredPerform data entry and administrative tasksPerform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the departmentPerform outbound renewal calls as directedPunctual & consistent reporting to workAdherence to all company standards of behavior, policies and proceduresObtain a high level of customer satisfaction & retentionAll others as assigned
