Staff RN - Emergency Department and Med-Surg

The position is located at a Critical Access Hospital in [City, State].

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shifts will be rotating days and nights, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The nurse will work 12-hour shifts and will cover every third weekend, with holiday coverage based on rotation.

The Staff RN will provide care in both the emergency department and med-surg department. This role is vital in delivering high-quality healthcare services and support to patients and their families.

Deliver comprehensive nursing care in the emergency and medical-surgical departments.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Educate patients and their families on care plans and health maintenance.

Current RN license in the state of practice.

Prior experience in emergency and/or med-surg nursing preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
