Production Worker Job Description Join a dynamic manufacturing team in Greenfield as a Production Helper on the 1st shift. This role plays a crucial part in the production process, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. Responsibilities Assist operators by manually moving materials, including stacking, loading, unloading, and staging. Conduct visual inspections of in-process materials to ensure quality standards are met. Wrap and unwrap products according to production requirements. Read and adhere to production work orders to maintain workflow accuracy. Place tags and labels on finished products for proper identification. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station to ensure a safe working environment. Essential Skills Experience in production and manufacturing settings. Ability to perform repetitive lifting and manual labor tasks. Proficiency in material handling and using hand tools. Strong attention to detail for conducting visual inspections. Available Shift & Pay 1st shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday Currently working until 4:00pm, Saturday sign-ups are voluntary but can be mandatory id not enough people sign up $22/hour Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
