Episodic Care Manager (RN/LPN) - Remote/Hybrid UM

Blue Cross NC is seeking an Episodic Care Manager to join the Commercial Clinical Utilization Management team. You will perform clinical reviews to ensure medical necessity and coordinate care with providers, members, and internal staff. The role requires an RN with 3 years or an LPN with 5 years of clinical experience and an active NC or compact multi-state license. Inpatient rehab or SNF experience is preferred.
