Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 12-week assignment. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License required.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
