Field Reimbursement Manager, Neuroscience - (Houston, TX) - Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS)

Field Reimbursement Manager role within Johnson & Johnson's neuroscience division, based in Houston with regional territory coverage. Responsible for educating healthcare providers on reimbursement processes and serving as the primary field resource for patient access and treatment adherence support.

Responsibilities

Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submission, and coding requirements
Collaborate with field sales teams as access and reimbursement expert for assigned territory
Conduct on-site assessments with healthcare providers up to 50% of time
Address patient access barriers and affordability issues with urgency
Maintain and grow knowledge of national, regional, and local market coverage requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, business, or public administration
Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and pharmacy/medical benefits
Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Current knowledge of product coverage, coding, and payer policies
Understanding of healthcare ecosystem dynamics and stakeholder practices
