Litigation Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation (Remote) Location: Seattle, WA Work Arrangement: 100% Remote Experience: 5+ Years About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join a growing regional civil litigation and business law firm. This fully remote opportunity offers hands‑on litigation work, direct client interaction, experienced mentorship, and long‑term professional growth in a collaborative legal environment. Key Responsibilities Handle civil litigation matters involving construction defects, real estate disputes, business litigation, and complex civil disputes. Represent builders, developers, and other clients in litigation proceedings. Take and defend depositions and manage all phases of discovery. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Prepare for and appear at court hearings and argue motions. Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and other dispute‑resolution proceedings. Manage cases independently while collaborating with attorneys, clients, and support staff. Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies. Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active Washington State Bar license in good standing. Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Hands‑on experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court proceedings. Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction defect litigation. Background in real estate litigation, business disputes, or complex civil litigation. Experience representing builders, developers, or construction industry clients. Additional bar admission in California, Arizona, Nevada, or Texas is a plus. Competitive base salary of $130,000–$180,000+ , depending on experience. Monthly billable‑hour bonus program. Annual discretionary bonus opportunities.
