Job Summary

Responsible for the set-up, execution, and clean-up of functions in accordance with Parkhurst's Hospitality and Culinary Gold Standards.

Essential Functions

1. Serve and interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner.
2. Follow all service procedures according to Parkhurst's catering manual.
3. Follow all event sheets, diagrams, pull sheets and timelines to successfully complete events.
4. Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
5. Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
6. Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
7. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

The pay rate for this position is $16.25 / hour with a one dollar increase after 90 days.

Full-time benefits include up to 160 hours of PTO (Sick & Safe Leave included), up to 4 days of Rest & Relaxation time, 3 paid holidays, health/dental/vision/disability/life/FSA insurance eligibility after 60 days, 401k plan with match, EAP, free meal while working, access to national discounts/perks platform.
