As a Garden Shoppe Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers while they browse an array of merchandise. The Garden Shoppe offers a delightful ambience filled with gardening supplies, plants, jewelry, and great gifts for loved ones of all ages. Join us for a true southern experience!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer focused! Providing personalized customer service
Payment processing and cash handling
Answering the phone and addressing customer inquiries
Stay informed about weekly promotions and sales
Restocking items as needed
Light cleaning; keeping the workspace clean & organized
Counting inventory when needed (with training)

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of in-person customer service experience
Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift 15-25lbs throughout the shift
Availability to work weekends, especially during the busy spring/summer season
Ability to handle challenging customer service situations professionally
