Make a Significant Impact as a Creative Strategist & Producer


Are you a visionary creative professional with a passion for performance marketing and a knack for leveraging cutting-edge AI tools? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end creative production process for performance marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on utilizing generative AI to dramatically scale ad output. You will develop compelling creative strategies, meticulously oversee asset creation, and ensure all campaigns rigorously comply with regulations in a highly sensitive environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete creative production process for performance marketing campaigns, from initial briefing through to final execution.
• Strategically leverage generative AI tools to produce a high volume of static ad creative and draft compelling campaign copy and scripts.
• Collaborate closely with compliance officers to ensure all creative assets adhere to strict regulatory guidelines and necessary disclaimer requirements.
• Work effectively with external video editors, providing them with meticulously approved briefs, copy, and scripts for final video production.
• Analyze performance data from creative analytics platforms to inform and continuously optimize future creative briefs and strategies.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of social media platform specifications, emerging production trends, and best practices for advertising.
• Ensure availability and responsiveness during peak seasonal periods, particularly from Open Enrollment through mid-January.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative strategy and production, with a dedicated focus on social media or performance marketing.
• Demonstrated experience working within or for highly regulated industries where advertising disclaimers and strict compliance are paramount (e.g., healthcare, finance, insurance, pharmaceuticals, or banking).
• Hands-on experience utilizing generative AI tools for creative asset generation, drafting copy, and optimizing workflow efficiency.
• A strong understanding of performance marketing workflows and various ad formats specifically for paid social channels.
• Proven ability to independently drive the creative process with minimal direction, showcasing strong ownership and initiative.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Prior creative agency experience is a plus.
• Direct experience with Claude (including Claude Code) or Motion.
