In this vital role, you’ll work closely with clients to assess their housing needs, coordinate housing placements, and provide ongoing support to help them maintain stable housing. You’ll collaborate with our clinical teams, community partners, and the DBH Housing Unit to ensure comprehensive support for our clients’ recovery journeys.
