Part Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Becker, Minnesota Type: 12 month Contract Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour Work Model: Onsite onsite Hours: Approximately 24-32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday

Responsibilities

• General office support including filing and arranging meetings
• Calendar management and meeting coordination
• Catering arrangements for meetings and events
• Taking meeting notes and distributing summaries
• Backup support for time and expense management in UKG
• Occasional plant floor presence (approximately 10%)

Requirements

• 57 years of general administrative experience (minimum 3 years required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with SAP, Workday, and UKG systems
• Strong English language proficiency
• Ability to support office staff and coordinate logistics
• Comfortable working in a power plant environment with occasional plant floor exposure
