BAYADA Home Health Care has immediate opportunities on our HICU Health Services team for LPNs interested in helping infants and young children transition from the hospital to home in the Philadelphia, PA area! We are seeking LPNs who can work full time and have day and overnight availability.

The HICU Health Services Hospital at Home ICU Nurse works in a team-based environment acting as an extension of a hospital care team, delivering quality skilled nursing care to clients at home.

Qualifications for HICU Health Services Hospital at Home ICU Nurses:

• Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Have at least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience with infants/pediatrics required
• Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care (demonstrated in home or lab)
