The Remote Sensing Technician is responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and managing remotely sensed data . Technicians will work with various types of imagery and sensor data, ensuring data quality and contributing to the extraction of valuable information. Responsibilities Plan, collect, and process remotely sensed geospatial data. Qualifications DOD SkillBridge Transitioning Service Members Only Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Physical Demands The physical demands are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform this job's essential functions. Use of a telephone headset will facilitate virtual communication via Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Employees are often required to sit for prolonged periods, handle objects or tools with their hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, speak, and hear.
