Senior Process Engineer

Hiring: Senior Process Engineer
Location: Chicago, IL
We are looking for experienced Sr. Process Engineers to provide technical and sustaining engineering support, optimize manufacturing processes, improve production efficiency and yield, and lead process development and technology transfer activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Support manufacturing operations and solve process issues
Develop, improve, and transfer manufacturing processes
Improve equipment, processes, quality, and production efficiency
Evaluate materials, tooling, fixtures, and equipment needs
Support equipment installation and process implementation
Work with design teams to ensure products are easy to manufacture
Use SPC and statistical analysis to improve processes
Lead process improvement and cross-functional projects
Support process validation and equipment qualification
Ensure compliance with quality and manufacturing standards
Apply Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement methods
Guide and mentor junior engineers

Requirements:
Strong experience in Manufacturing Process Development and Process Optimization
Hands-on experience with SPC and Statistical Analysis
Experience with Equipment Integration and Technology Transfer
Strong Continuous Improvement and Project Management skills
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred
Knowledge of Process Validation, MSA, and Root Cause Analysis
Experience with DFM and Equipment Qualification preferred
Understanding of regulatory compliance and manufacturing quality systems
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
