What We're Looking For:
We're on the hunt for a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative who can dominate the phones, drive appointments, and fuel the front lines of our Harley-Davidson dealership.
This is not your average call center job. This is about passion, performance, and pushing limits all under the banner of one of the most legendary brands in the world.
You must:
- Be energetic, persuasive, and fearless on the phone
- Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Know how to follow up and close for the appointment
- Be organized and detail-oriented
- Have solid computer/CRM skills
- Bring a winning attitude every single day
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Making outbound calls and responding to online inquiries
- Setting strong, confirmed sales appointments
- Following up with leads and tracking conversions
- Communicating with customers like a pro
