We're on the hunt for a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative who can dominate the phones, drive appointments, and fuel the front lines of our Harley-Davidson dealership.

You must:

• Be energetic, persuasive, and fearless on the phone
• Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Know how to follow up and close for the appointment
• Be organized and detail-oriented
• Have solid computer/CRM skills
• Bring a winning attitude every single day

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Making outbound calls and responding to online inquiries
• Setting strong, confirmed sales appointments
• Following up with leads and tracking conversions
• Communicating with customers like a pro

Hourly Pay: $18/hr plus commission
