Accounting Manager
Location: Midwest (multiple office locations available)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing continued growth and seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This firm is known for its collaborative, people-first culture, strong leadership, and commitment to developing its professionals.
What You'll Do- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals
- Oversee client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
- Serve as a key point of contact for client relationships
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or related experience
- Experience reviewing financials and managing client engagements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Accounting CS, or similar tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
