Giants Ridge, managed by Guest Services, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Guest Services Agent. This role is often the first point of contact for our guests, making it one of the most important positions in creating a welcoming, memorable experience.

As a Guest Services Agent, you'll assist with ticket sales, season passes, and other resort products, while providing helpful information about resort activities. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail are key.

Enjoy the flexibility to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Openings are available from 20 to 40 hours per week and may include a mix of day, evening, weekend, and occasional holiday shifts.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong guest services and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Previous customer services or cash-handling experience preferred
• A team-oriented and approachable personality
• Willingness to work some evenings, weekends and holidays
