Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Facilities & Manufacturing Project Manager to lead high-impact projects including office renovations, warehouse redesign, and document digitization initiatives . This is a hands‑on project management role focused on facilities and manufacturing—not IT. What You’ll Do: Lead multiple facility and manufacturing projects from planning through completion Manage office remodels, warehouse redesigns, and document digitization projects Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and contractors Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and external partners What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of Facilities and/or Manufacturing Project Management experience Experience managing office renovations, facility improvements, or warehouse projects Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast‑paced environment Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar) Manufacturing or warehouse environment experience preferred PMP Certification is a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Intellectt Inc
