Certified Marine Technician (Experienced)
Keowee Marina – Lake Keowee, South Carolina
This is not a “just another shop” role.Keowee Marina is a full-service, public resort marina delivering premium, concierge-level experiences on one of the Southeast’s most desirable lakes. We don’t cut corners, we don’t chase volume at the expense of quality, and we don’t tolerate sloppy work.

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain marine engines and systems
- Work on Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, Honda outboards and MerCruiser/Volvo sterndrives
- Execute preventative maintenance, rigging, and troubleshooting
- Identify and communicate additional service opportunities (without being pushy)
- Follow structured SOPs, checklists, and quality control processes
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and accurate job documentation
- Certified marine technician (or equivalent verified experience)
- Strong diagnostic ability — not just parts swapping
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Professional communication and team mindset
- Reliability — show up ready to perform
- Multi-brand certifications
- Electrical and electronics troubleshooting experience
- Ability to mentor junior technicians
- Experience in high-volume or resort marina environments
