What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain marine engines and systems
• Work on Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, Honda outboards and MerCruiser/Volvo sterndrives
• Execute preventative maintenance, rigging, and troubleshooting
• Identify and communicate additional service opportunities (without being pushy)
• Follow structured SOPs, checklists, and quality control processes
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and accurate job documentation
