Traveling Associate Dentist

Tend is seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our modern, patient-first dental team in the Healthcare & Medical Services field. As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will rotate between Tend practices, delivering high-quality clinical care while helping us transform the traditional dental experience. You will perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures, all supported by advanced digital tools and a tech-driven environment. You will work closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and front office teams to ensure every patient receives comfortable, transparent care, with clear communication about treatment options, outcomes, and costs. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to clinical and regulatory standards, and following evidence-based protocols and infection control guidelines. You will collaborate with clinical leaders to align with Tend’s philosophy of care, participate in peer reviews and case discussions, and continually refine your skills through ongoing education and training. As a traveling provider, you will adapt to different practice settings while consistently providing a welcoming, empathetic chairside manner and a strong focus on patient satisfaction and long-term oral health.
