Automotive Finance and Insurance Assistant

Automotive Finance and Insurance Assistant Position type: Full-time. Joe Cooper Ford of Edmond is accepting applications for an Automotive Retail Finance & Insurance Assistant. The position is responsible for a wide range of duties related to processing financing and insurance transactions for vehicle purchases: Responsibilities Work closely with Finance Managers and accounting office to ensure prompt preparation and processing of all auto sales and lease deals. Assist in preparation of bank finance and title documents. Ensure all required forms and documents are accurately completed. Verify accuracy of customer and vehicle information on contracts. Reconcile and log all sales and lease transactions. Scan, fax, email and or mail documents as needed for funding and record retention. Qualifications High school diploma Prior experience in an automotive finance or administrative role preferred Attention to detail with strong organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. CDK experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively with management Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information. Professional appearance and work ethic.
