Visual Merchandiser - North America

Summary The Visual Merchandiser will plan, coordinate, and implement visual merchandising directives for boutiques and outlets across North America, ensuring timely execution of seasonal guidelines and adherence to global brand standards. The role supports store teams, manages VM materials and logistics, and liaises with HQ to adapt global directives for local needs. Responsibilities Coordinate rollout of visual merchandising guidelines for North American stores. Support store teams with window displays, in-store layouts, and seasonal updates. Monitor compliance through audits and photo reviews and prepare reports on store visual quality. Liaise with HQ VM team to localize global directives and assist with special projects, events, and new store openings. Manage logistics for VM materials including shipping, tracking, and inventory control. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, or related field. 2-3 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury retail. Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to travel and work flexible hours. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
