Description We are currently seeking a skilled MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) specializing in Neurosurgery and Vascular Surgery. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality medical care to patients with neurological and vascular conditions. Your expertise will be instrumental in diagnosing, treating, and performing surgeries on patients with complex neurosurgical and vascular issues. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess neurological and vascular conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs. Perform surgical procedures with precision and adherence to medical protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on the latest advancements in neurosurgery and vascular surgery techniques. Provide guidance and mentorship to medical staff and residents. Participate in research projects and clinical trials related to neurosurgery and vascular surgery. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care. Requirements: Medical Doctor (MD) or Osteopathic Doctor (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Board certification in Neurosurgery and Vascular Surgery. Demonstrated experience in performing complex neurosurgical and vascular procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety. Proficiency in utilizing medical technology and equipment. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts Endovascular call coverage required Primary stroke center Cases: ~30% cranial, the rest are spine Will cover the full scope of endovascular surgery Current Team: 4 surgeons EMR: Epic Must be board-certified or board-eligible Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary + RVUs Medical malpractice with tail #J-18808-Ljbffr
