Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Long Term Care Harmony Care at Beaumont is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our long‑term care facility. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high‑quality care to our residents, utilizing your clinical expertise and strong leadership skills to make a positive impact on their lives. Job Responsibilities Administer and record medications and treatments. Prepare for and assist physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments. Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals. Perform other job‑related duties as required. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Valid LVN license in the state of Texas. CPR certification. Experience in long‑term care or a related setting is a plus. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of $24–$27.
