About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Marketing to spearhead its digital and trade marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO, contributing to brand strategy, consumer insights, and go-to-market plans. This role demands the development and execution of comprehensive digital and eCommerce marketing strategies to drive growth, as well as leading trade marketing efforts to boost sales in retail channels. The VP, Marketing will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a diverse marketing team, overseeing external agencies, and ensuring that all marketing activities align with the company's mission of providing safe water access. A key focus will be on enhancing the company's online presence, boosting eCommerce sales, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels. Applicants for the VP, Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior marketing roles, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth. Extensive experience in digital eCommerce and trade marketing, particularly in the CPG or retail industries, is essential. The role requires a candidate with strong knowledge of Amazon Marketing Services and experience in direct-to-consumer sales. The ideal candidate will have a background in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, expertise in brand positioning and storytelling, and a commitment to the company's mission. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are a must, as is the ability to manage a marketing team and external agencies effectively.
