Join Our Team as a Client Services Representative!

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making a difference in the lives of pets of all shapes and sizes, and their owners? Henderson Animal Care Hospital is seeking a dedicated Client Services Representative to join our team in Henderson, TX. As a two and a half doctor practice, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional care to a variety of animals, from small pets to large animals, including exotics. Join us in our mission to provide compassionate care and support to our clients and their beloved pets.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
• Work closely with the technician team to provide seamless flow of patients through the hospital
• Process payments and manage invoicing
• Schedule appointments and manage onboarding processes
• Assist with account management
• Call clients for updates and to give further instruction/information
• Schedule appointments according to protocol
• Confidently discuss vaccine protocols and preventative recommendations with clients
• Contribute to the growth and well-being of the hospital and it's team
• Must be able to multi-task. This is non-negotiable.

Required Skills:

• Experience answering phones in a professional environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and business correspondence
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing inbound/outbound calls
• Personable and professional personality that makes clients feel welcome and re-assured.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of the veterinary environment and terminology
• Knowledge of veterinary software
• Fluent computer skills 

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary based on experience, but could range from $14-$18 per hour
• 401(k) plan

• Henderson Animal Care Hospital is a fast-paced, two and a half doctor practice that provides exceptional care to small animals, small exotics, large exotics, and food animals, small ruminants, and all hoof stock. We utilize state-of-the-art monitoring equipment, radiography, ultrasound, dental equipment, dental x-ray, and a full in-house laboratory to provide the absolute best care to our patients.
