Tiki Tiki is seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join a strong team driven by a passion for hospitality and excellence. A Line Cook at GG'S will always aim to exceed expectations for our guests. Our Line Cooks work hand in hand with our Executive Chef and aim to provide quality in everything they do. Our style is hospitable, fun, and fast-paced in an upscale waterfront setting. This position is best suited for someone who truly believes in bringing their best to the table every day - Someone who is inspired to make a positive impression on the people they work with.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift.
• Ensure proper food storage and safety practices are followed at all times.
• Monitor and maintain food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of food items for daily specials or menu changes.
• Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of kitchen equipment and ingredients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for food quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight] as needed.
• A positive, professional attitude and a strong work ethic.
