In this full-time, onsite role in the Greater Cincinnati area, you'll provide targeted instruction and encourage student growth by responding to a range of learning needs. You’ll have the chance to create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment and form rewarding partnerships with both fellow educators and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Intervention Specialist License or Certification required
• Prior experience in elementary special education preferred
• Strong collaboration skills; able to work effectively with classroom teachers, support staff, and parents
• Comfortable following and implementing student IEPs
• Flexible, patient, and positive approach to teaching
• Commitment to fostering a safe, engaging, and supportive space for every child
• Detail-oriented and organized in maintaining records and documenting student progress

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction for students in grades 3–4 in alignment with individual IEPs
• Adapt lessons and curriculum to accommodate diverse learning needs
• Monitor and report on student progress, making data-informed instructional decisions
• Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, specialists, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom where all students can thrive
• Support behavioral and social-emotional development
• Engage in ongoing professional development and growth opportunities
