Location: CDL positions available in Tonawanda, Lockport, Akron or Lima, NY
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Tues-Sat
Compensation: $24.00-$30.00, based on experience ( plus a $3.00 shift differential)

As a Fleet Fueling Driver, you'll be the driving force behind keeping customer fleets fueled, operational, and ready for the road. You'll safely operate fuel trucks, manage inventory, perform equipment inspections, and deliver outstanding service at every stop. Your commitment to safety, precision, and professionalism will help ensure our customers can keep moving forward without interruption.

What You Will Do

• Operate fuel delivery trucks to transport and dispense fuel to fleet vehicles at various locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in safe operating condition.
• Accurately measure and record fuel levels before and after deliveries to maintain precise inventory records.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain communication with dispatchers and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient fuel delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on fuel trucks as needed, reporting any major issues to the maintenance team.
• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the transportation and dispensing of fuel.
• Ensure all delivery paperwork and logs are completed accurately and submitted promptly.
• Assist in the training of new drivers on proper fueling procedures and safety protocols.
• Stay updated on company policies, industry trends, and best practices in fuel delivery.

What You Will Need

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fuel delivery driver or in a related field.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements.
• Current Medical Certification required
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols related to fuel transportation.
• Proven track record of adhering to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate fuel delivery trucks and associated equipment proficiently.
• Ability to maintain basic logs and records.
• Ability to plan delivery routes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet delivery schedules.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials as needed.
