In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting with food preparation, and executing menu items efficiently on the line. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring spices, in accordance with established recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Assist in cooking and assembling dishes during service, ensuring that all items meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area and kitchen station, including proper storage of food items.
• Follow food safety and sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during busy shifts.
• Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills.
