Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or credential to practice as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with educational evaluations, cognitive and behavioral assessments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive school culture

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students
• Interpret evaluation data and provide input on eligibility for special education services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Facilitate crisis intervention and behavioral support as needed
• Promote students’ social, emotional, and academic well-being through direct and indirect services
• Participate in staff meetings, parent meetings, and team gatherings to support student development
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
