Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid SLP licensure for school settings.
• Demonstrated experience in a school SLP role.
• Proven ability to write, implement, and monitor IEPs.
• Skilled in tracking student progress on IEP goals and managing related documentation.
• Able to manage billing requirements for school-based services.
• Comfortable collaborating with SLPA support staff.
• In-person availability; remote work is not an option.
• Flexible, committed, and ready for a quick start.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 55 students, supported by an SLPA.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration to ensure student success.
• Write and update IEP documentation; participate in meetings as needed, occasionally extending beyond regular hours (7:30 am – 4:00 pm).
• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals.
• Serve primarily at one site, with occasional work at up to 2-3 sites (no extensive travel required).
