Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations, documenting assessment findings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, strength and function
- Deliver therapy interventions using established protocols and therapeutic techniques
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; co-lead patient groups as applicable
- Educate patients and families; coordinate discharge planning and home exercise programs
- Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines; supervise assigned assistants when applicable

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Current California Physical Therapy license; active
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- EPIC EMR experience
- Pelvic floor therapy experience with PRPC or WCS certification or actively pursuing certification
- Two years of physical therapy experience preferred; 3–5 years preferred for candidates with pelvic floor specialization
- Ability to work in a short-term acute care setting; eligible for travel assignment
