If you don't need benefits, PRN is a great way to make more money, have control of your flexible schedule, and take time off when you want it. Work an average of 8 to 30 hours a week, whatever works best for you. Minimum commitment is 8 hours a month.

Get paid for your time, not per visit. Our PRNS are paid by the hour. No weekends, schedule yourself off for the main holidays and one-on-one patient care.

The Occupational Therapist instructs, motivates, and assists patients in learning and improving activities of daily living under the supervision of the Rehab Director.

Responsibilities

• Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice.
• Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility.
• Coordinates treatment plan with guest, family, and other team members.
• Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Monitors guest’s response to intervention and modifies treatment.

Qualifications

• Current OT license through the State Board of Occupational Therapy required.
• A minimum of 2 years OT experience required.
• A minimum of 1 year Home Health OT experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements. 100% travel required.
