AI Product Engineer

AI Product Engineer Location: India, Remote Reports to: AI Transformation Manager (CAIM) Employment: Fulltime A fastgrowing Swiss enterprise software company is building internal AI products that improve how employees access knowledge, automate work and make decisions. We are looking for a handson fullstack AI Product Engineer who combines product thinking, solution architecture and software engineering. You will work directly with the AI Transformation Manager to understand business problems, design practical solutions and independently take them from idea to production. What you will do Discover and shape internal AI product opportunities Turn unclear requirements into focused product concepts Design the user experience, architecture and AI workflows Build fullstack AI applications and employee productivity tools Integrate with internal systems, APIs and governed platform services Build web and Microsoft Teamsbased user experiences Create evaluations, automated tests and production monitoring Release early versions, collect feedback and improve adoption Support selected AI capabilities in customerfacing products Own what you ship Typical initiatives include internal knowledge assistants, operational copilots, document generation, employee selfservice tools and AIassisted workflow automation. We use AI where it creates real value Security and authorization are enforced by the platform, not prompts Not every solution needs an agent Every production AI product has an evaluation set We release focused versions instead of overbuilding Products must be useful, maintainable and trusted What you bring Strong fullstack development experience Backend engineering in Python and/or TypeScript Experience with React, Next.js or similar frontend frameworks Practical experience with LLM applications, retrieval, tool calling and structured outputs Strong product and userexperience judgment Experience integrating applications with APIs and enterprise systems PostgreSQL, Azure SQL or comparable databases Automated testing, Git and CI/CD discipline Ability to independently move from discovery to production Clear communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders Fluency with AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex or Cursor Nice to have C# and .NET experience Experience contributing to enterprise or customerfacing products Microsoft Teams and Adaptive Cards Microsoft Agent Framework or MCP Azure Container Apps and Microsoft Foundry Enterprise search and RAG Experience in regulated industries Who you are A product thinker who also ships Comfortable moving from a whiteboard to working software Able to simplify complex ideas Independent, pragmatic and accountable Fast without being careless #J-18808-Ljbffr Alpha Uno Consulting
