Job Function:

• Lead campus recruiting efforts to attract and hire early-career recruiters and sales consultants into a growing staffing agency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, student organizations, and alumni networks to create a consistent pipeline of entry-level talent.
• Develop and execute campus strategies including career fairs, info sessions, on-campus interviews, and early talent programs.
• Source and engage students and recent graduates interested in sales, recruiting, and staffing careers, using LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' communication skills, competitiveness, and interest in a metrics-driven environment.
• Partner with internal leadership to understand hiring goals and align campus pipelines with recruiting and sales team growth plans.
• Coordinate interview processes, manage candidate communication, and ensure a high-touch, positive candidate experience.
• Track campus activity, candidate data, and pipeline metrics within ATS and CRM tools.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company as an employer of choice for entry-level talent pursuing careers in staffing and sales.
• Stay informed on campus recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a staffing agency environment, recruiting for contract and/or permanent placements.
• Strong interest or experience in campus recruiting, early-career hiring, or university relations.
• Understanding of staffing agency fundamentals, including KPIs, sales environments, and recruiting lifecycle.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with both students and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to represent the organization professionally in on-campus and virtual events.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schools, events, and pipelines simultaneously.
• Self-starter with a proactive, energetic approach and passion for developing early-career talent.
• Experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, or CRM tools preferred.
