Staff Software Engineer - Returns & Logistics

Salary: $200,000 - 260,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 7-10+ years of experience building production systems, with several years operating at senior-level scope.
• We value deep full-stack and backend expertise, especially with TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS, or comparable technologies.
• We need experience with complex integrations across systems such as WMS, 3PL, ERP/OMS, and ecommerce platforms.
• We expect architecture ownership across a product area.

• Bonus experience includes reverse logistics, high-volume ecommerce operations, or prior staff/principal IC work.
• We require the ability and willingness to work in person from our Draper, Utah office five days per week.

• We own the architecture for the return lifecycle, disposition, WMS/3PL synchronization, and inventory accuracy within OMS.

• We mentor senior engineers and amplify the team through design documents and decisive technical direction.

We are Redo, the ecommerce post-purchase platform for returns, managed returns, shipping and fulfillment, OMS, warranties, and AI support, serving more than 4,500 brands. We are building our Reverse Logistics Cloud and are seeking someone to help set the technical direction for that area. This is an in-person role based in our Draper office five days per week, with relocation assistance available.
