Job Description

GPS Jobs is now hiring a Shipping Verifier for an immediate opening in Orangeburg, SC !

2 nd Shift : 5:00 pm - 1:30 am, Monday to Friday.
Temp-to-Hire opportunity

What You Will Do:

Cut samples or torn layers from large paper rolls for verification purposes
Manually apply appropriate labels to paper rolls
Maintain accurate records of completed orders
Utilize a handheld scanner to verify and track products
Ensure shipping and product verification processes are completed accurately
Follow all company safety and quality standards

What You Need:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Prior shipping/receiving, inventory control experience is a plus.
At least 3 years of manufacturing or light industrial experience.
Basic math, counting, and basic computer skills a plus.
Ability to stand, bend, push, and pull consistently throughout the shift.
Must be able to walk long distances and stand for the duration of the shift.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

A drug-free workplace; criminal background check required.
