Program Analyst

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Utilizes qualitative and quantitative techniques to recommend improvements in the processes and/or procedures to enhance operations
• Performs monitoring of productivity related issues to meet prescribed metrics
• Manages all activities around accurate and timely time-keeping processes, to include entering schedules, modifying schedules, and certification of records for all division staff
• Advises management on the distribution of work among positions and organizations and the appropriate staffing levels and skills mix
• Provides direct feedback on staffing requirements, workload projections, scheduling practices, and intraday workforce productivity reporting
• Assists management by providing direct feedback of Contact Service Representative productivity
• Performs other duties as assigned

Work Schedule: 8-hour tour Monday-Friday between 6am and 5pm MT, based on business needs.

Telework: Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process. Virtual: This position may be authorized for Virtual Work. Virtual Work eligibility is for current VA employees that are already subject to the return to in person work mandate in their current position. Return to Office (RTO): RTO mandates are in effect and selectees will be required to report to in person work unless they have an approved exemption already in place.
