Write the next chapter of your career in an authentic Palm Beach paradise.About the RoleThe Communications Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering seamless and professional guest communication, serving as the central point of contact for all incoming calls and digital messaging. This position ensures all guest inquiries are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of hospitality. The role contributes to the overall guest experience by providing timely information, coordinating requests, and maintaining clear communication across departments. Success in this role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a warm, service-oriented approach.What You Will DoAnswer and direct incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner, using guest names when possibleManage and respond to guest inquiries through chat messaging platforms, routing to appropriate departments when neededProvide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, events, and local area detailsHandle guest requests, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and urgencyManage wake-up calls, messages, and internal communications in a timely and accurate mannerOperate and maintain the hotel's communication systems, including switchboard, PMS, and messaging toolsAssist with call routing functions such as transfers, forwarding, holding, and screeningCoordinate and fulfill special guest communication requests for rooms and eventsEnsure all communication equipment is maintained and functioning properlyCollaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest service and follow-up on requestsPerform administrative tasks and support overall Front Office operations as neededWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent experience1–2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or hotel environment preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills with a warm and professional demeanorExcellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing prioritiesProficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management systems (Opera preferred)Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems simultaneouslyAttention to detail and accuracy in handling guest informationFlexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhat We Offer:Competitive Salary & Wages401(k) Retirement PlanExcellent training and development opportunitiesComplimentary accommodations at other Four Seasons Hotels and ResortsComplimentary dry cleaning for employee uniformsComplimentary employee mealsSchedule & Hours:Full-time schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysWork Authorization:Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
