CNC Mill & Lathe Operator $2080.00w/ OT>+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
Operate, program, and set up CNC mills and lathes to produce precision metal parts.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
Set up machines by installing tooling, loading materials, setting offsets, and entering CNC programs.
Create, enter, modify, and adjust CNC programs as needed for production.
Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machine settings.
Load, secure, and position raw materials and workpieces in machines.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
Verify finished parts meet required dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards.
Troubleshoot basic machine, tooling, and programming issues.
Make necessary tool, offset, and program adjustments to correct production issues.
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean and in proper working condition.
Remove metal chips and safely handle materials, tooling, and finished parts.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Meet production schedules while maintaining high standards for quality and precision.
Shifts:
- Monday - Thursday
- 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Some Overtime
