Rehab Aide

Rehab Health Specialist
Provide complete and thorough personal care for patients on the Inpatient Rehab Unit to include: assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, ambulating. Record vital signs, weights, intake and output. Perform treatment procedures as directed. Plan, organize and implement unit activities. Participate in treatment team meetings.
Experience/Qualifications: Must have high school diploma or GED. Prefer recent hospital, skilled nursing facility or extended care facility experience or completion of a training program for rehab technicians.
