Job Summary: As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide personal care activities, companionship, and light housekeeping services to our clients in their own homes. Responsibilities and Duties: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, shaving, and grooming Perform housekeeping activities, such as vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning the bathroom Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions Accompany clients on errands or medical appointments Provide companionship and engage in activities such as reading, music, puzzles, and more Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises and dementia care Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management Qualifications and Skills: Home Care Aide Registered with DPSS Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance Pass a background check Recent TB within the last year (within 90 days if newly registered as HCA) Must live in or near South Bay area Benefits: Competitive weekly pay Flexible scheduling Bonuses for employee referrals PAID training and development Professional growth opportunities Paid travel time in between clients plus mileage reimbursement Mobile clock in/out Why Choose Right at Home?
